Boji is one of the most famed coffee regions on the planet. Near the city of Yigacheffe, this is the hub of Ethiopian coffee. Coffees from this region are known for their floral nature and diversity of flavours.
This particular coffee comes is naturally dried over a period of 2 or 3 weeks allowing the coffee to delvelop bright fruity flavours.
We offer this coffee as both a filter and espressso roast.
As a filter, it's floral with heavy notes of clementine. When roasted for espresso, we bring out a little bit more dark chocolate while still maintaining the clementine fruitiness.
